Who doesn't like to eat. I love it, and over eating. Last fall I become tied down due to mine and family health. I started gaining weight, because of not enough exercise. So I started a better set of eating habits. I did not gain no more, but my goal was to lose some. Spring came and still no weight lost. April I change my diet again, cut out eating out so much, and left off the snacks. June came, its almost summer time again, still no weight lost. Beginning the 1st of June, I went back to the sure fire way to lose. Stay away from the table. It an't fun. In fact in hurts a little to start with, but it works. I have lost 6 pounds as of today. We will see how it goes for a week or two. The bicycle is going to get in on the fun too.
