Golden Years.
Well that what I use to hear the years after retirement was. I looked foward to the golden years. One day this summer I met up with the ladie that lives next door while she was walking our street. She said getting old sucked. I didn't know how to answer her! I thought about it for a few days and said to my self no it don't (suck that is.)
I am learning that it is the golden years. Did I say Plus some rambling?Yes I'm rambling! My friend Annie has got me to stop thinking about the a holes in the world and what they say is wrong with the world.
Lets just do the fun things and enjoy life. So it is! When I was a lot younger I would get out doors and hike, or just walk in the woods. Camp out was a big event, with the camp fire, cooking and finding new waterfalls, and go to the top of a mountain.
I am back to doing them types of enjoyment with great friends. As willy would say "I just can't wait to get on the trail again" Yes by George this is the golden years!

I went to a geomeeting Saturday in mid Georgia. Its host was unnamed until everyone was there. There were 3 out of 6 S/C members of the GGA there. There were to the best of my count 8 GGA members present a one group of brothers and family there were non members there. Rebel owned up to being the host and talked of how bad the GGA is.
In the first 60 seconds called me a spy. No body asked me to leave except my wife.
She didn't want to hear the put downs, so she went and set in the truck. I stayed and wished him luck with his new adventure. I hope the new folks weren't turned off from caching because of one mans actions.

this is just a rant and not blaming anybody.

Does this fit anywhere? Maybe, nah, yelp, don't know!!!

A major research institution has announced the discovery of the heaviest element yet know to science - "governmentium." It has 1 neutron, 12 assistant neutrons, 75 deputy neutrons and 111 assistant deputy neutrons for an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons that are further surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like sub particles called peons.

Governmentium has no electrons and is therefore inert. It can be detected however since it impedes every reaction it comes into contact with. A tiny amount of governmentium can take a reaction that normally occurs in seconds and slow it to the point where it take days.

Governmentium has a normal half life of three years. It doesn't decay but "re- organizes", a process where assistant deputy neutrons and deputy neutrons change places. This process actually causes it to grow as in the confusion some morons become neutrons, thereby forming isodopes.

This phenomenon of "moron promotion" has led to some speculation that governmentium forms whenever sufficient morons meet in concentration forming critical morass. Researches believe that in Governmentium, the more you re- organize, the morass you cover.
