It almost wan't!
I don't think I would have got into geocaching if I had not have already had a GPS'er and useing it in another sport.
It is now my number way of getting out into the great outdoors and enjoying a day of fun.
I just spend over a hour on the computer looking into wig. I just give up on wiging.
Where I Go! Is not for me. There will be a class of sorts at the GGA meeting tomorrow. I may listen for a few minutes, but my mind is done made up I think.
To me, it is like a conversation I heard some time ago. A geocacher was telling a friend of his how much he would like geocaching. His friend was all ears and ask some questions. Come to find out his friend did not have a computer, and did not know anything about computing. He did not care anything high tech or any games that use high tech tools.
I myself was very near that when geocaching came along, but the computer was setting here, so I did look up near-by caches.
I don't have a clue what they are talking about on the wig pages. I don't have
whatever it is and am not going to go any more high tech than I already am.
There is still a lot of fun to have with what I have with geocaching the old fashion way. It has a lot of variations to keep me happy, and there you go!!Labels: no more high-tech
