I'm eating in diet mode and have been for a few weeks now. I have stepped up my exercise a couble of notchs too. My weight is still holding at 188. I think the reason the weight is so stable is due to being under doctors care for the past two years and I not packing any excess water in my body. There is not much fat either. The spare tire is going down some, and that tells me the weight should begain to drop some soon.
I am happy to report that I am down 4.5 pounds. Finally, after making a few dietary changes, drinking more water, parking farther away, keeping busy when I get home from work and walking up the stairs at work (once a day). It took 2 weeks for the shock to wear off, but I think I am headed in the right direction.
