some of my weight history as I recall
when I turned 16 and got a Drivers Lic. I was already grown in size. I was 6 ft and 200 pound. It was all in the right places. I would tell friends that it took 200 lb to make a man. I stayed at that weight for years. Didn't matter how much I eat or how hungry I got. At midlife 35 or so my weight went up to 230 again stay there for a lot of years, that was my normal weight. I had a waist of 38 in. a spare tire look. Then in 1988 I was working less. I should say I move up the latter and had younger people doing the hard work. I was eating more and drinking more beer and my weight had jumped up to 260 my all time high. I went on a diet and got my to 230 that year. That is where my body wanted to be. It didn't matter if I eat or not it wanted to be 230. I want to be at 200 again. 1990 I changed jobs and life style. I pulled of a load of weight and it came to rest at 200 after going lower than that. I like that weight until my health went a little south. That brings me up till now. I'm shooting for 170 but my body says 188 in good and is hanging on to that. We will see.
