I'm not going to the Chili Cook Off so I shouldn't even be thinking about it.
But I am. I think the eaters, all the guest that is, should be the Judges.
Who ever runs out of chili first be the winner. That way if the south side wants to cheat
they will have their back side a flame up every time they break wind for days, because they will have to eat all their own bad chili to empty their pot. LMAO

A few months ago I watch a BBQ rib cook off. I really liked the way they handled. They had judged prizes and popular prizes. When regular visitors arrived they were given a token, which they could put in a container for any of the contestants. At the end the three with the most tokens were awarded prizes.
I also like the way the official judging was handled. One person picked up the ribs and gave each contestant a number, which was also placed with the ribs. That way the judges didn’t know which ribs belonged to which contestant.

Yeah if you handed them the tokens...something probably coinlike...martin would run off with 'em and ask for everyone else to cover him.
