Slay ask me what my geocaching goals was for 2007.
Most of the time my goals are something that just rolls around in the back of my scrambled mine.
But she that me wanting to set some caching goal this year.
My first answer to her was I want shift my parities
.
1. GGA: This number 1 because it is the biggest change.

disclaimer: I attended the very first meeting and have been a part of the GGA ever since. I was helping steer the Asso.
during the years 1993,1994, and 1995. I have always been a part of the GGA and have no plans to leave the GGA.

I no longer will have the GGA forums as my home page. I will check in from time to time like I do other forums.
I will attend the meetings that are near by and or the gets my interest for some reason.
I will still volunteer when I feel that I can be a help in an event or other adventure.
To sum up, I am moving the GGA to the back burner, and devoting more time to the hobby itself.

2. Cache hunting: I still love the mountain, and waterfall cche hunting the best. This year will be more of
that type of caching, and I will be doing a mix of finds. I like to find well thought out caches in my area as well
as the great ones in the hills.

3. Events: I am already starting to look for a place to have the Lacy fall event. I will be putting a little caching time
to tis event. I would like to have at least one other camp-out this year, and I hope to help with a cito this year also.

4. just maybe and that is a big maybe I will hit 1000 by the end of 2007. That is the last of the parities and is the
bottom of the list of my geocaching to do list.

Thanks slay for getting me to think out loud.

Comments:
Already posted my somewhere, but here that are for here
1) To determine a few cool places that have geocaches and go hunt there.
2) To have at least one trip to a "remote" geocache that requires an overnight camping trip
3) To hunt the Rocky Top #1 (GCGGPR)
4) To return to Looking Glass Rock
5) Work with Johnnie and Robert on the Annual Lacy Event
6) And while numbers are mean very little to me I would like to maintain my 1 per week average
Hmmmm. Now if I could just get my goals together we'd have 'em all down. Then we can see where they all mesh and voila! Goals Achieved!

A
Sorry. posted in the wrong post.

Goals done. Too big for here...
