Stupid Fact number 10!
Some lions mate over 50 times a day.
(I still want to be a pig in my next life...quality over quantity)

I learned at Fernbank today that leopards mate 100 times over three days and don't eat till they're done with each other. I think I'd still rather be a pig...

The pig fact made me wonder why exactly 30 minutes not 25 or 37 or some other number besides 30. Well I communicated with a pig farmer. According to him, pigs like people aren't all the same, he said it varies from about 15 to 30 minutes, and without actually doing time recordings and averaging that most pigs are closer to 15 minutes than 30. Also instead of one "event", it is more of a series of events. Also the pig's tail isn't the only curly thing that a pig has.
