a nice weekend and then rain. Saturday I met with Robert and Allen to start our plans for an overnight hiking trip. That has the making of a fun weekend. Sunday I went bicycle riding with Bob for the first time this year. I am getting into shape for BRAG.
I had over 300 miles for the year, but Bad has over 800 miles already for the year. He was on vacation this week and had rode 300 for the week. He as always is in a lot better shape than I am. Any way we rode a tad over 40 miles yesterday.
It was fun and I didn't get sore like I thought that I might. I got to step up the pace and do more miles each week. Plus
I am going to keeping hiking some. So I am still available to cache hunt too. PS I've lost 6 pounds in April
